Evoid — an applied computer-vision venture
A small applied computer-vision venture in Beirut, building prototypes and apps for clients.
My partSystems engineer and product manager
In short
Evoid is a small applied AI and computer-vision venture in Beirut that I co-founded and worked in as systems engineer and product manager, delivering prototypes and applications for external clients.
- What it is
- A small venture that builds computer-vision and mobile software for clients, and the organization behind the PadelEye prototype.
- Why it matters
- Early-stage computer-vision work for real clients needs a vehicle that can scope, deliver, and maintain small systems without a large agency structure.
- My part
- I co-founded Evoid and worked in it from 2023 to 2025, leading technical direction and client coordination, and I built most of the public site.
Step by step
- 1
Scope
Each engagement is bounded to one workflow and one deliverable.
- 2
Build
Computer-vision and mobile prototypes; PadelEye is the venture’s own experiment in automated line judging from a camera stream.
- 3
Deliver
Delivery and maintenance stay with the same small team.
Results
- 5
- Client applications
- computer-vision apps delivered to external clients, 2023–2025
For engineersHow it is built, its limits, and its keywords.
How it works
A small technical team takes bounded engagements; the venture’s public site is at evoid.dev; a padel line-judging prototype (PadelEye) is developed under its GitHub organization.
Limits
- Client names and outcomes stay private unless a client agrees otherwise.
- PadelEye is an early prototype with trained weights and scaffolding, not a product.
